2. listen to the greeting, when you hear the chime, hold your phone 1 to 6 inches from the audio source you are listening to for 15 to 20 seconds. #SKY will hang up for you.

3. in about a minute you will receive an SMS message that includes a link to your information, click through the link (sometimes labeled GO, GOTO or SAVE URL on different mobile phones).

What is #SKY?:
#SKY is an interactive broadcast service which enables you to click through radio and television broadcasters and their content. You can enter contests and message to the DJ at the station, learn about the songs or ads you hear and bookmark them for later, and share your bookmarks with your friends.

To Opt Out from #SKY:
Send "Stop" in reply to one of your #SKY SMS messages, this will stop #SKY from sending you text messages. To use #SKY again, please dial #SKY (#759) or 1-87-PoundSKY (1-877-686-3759) from your handset.

1 - Q - What's a "recognition event"?
A - Each time you #SKY a piece of broadcast content, we take a sample to analyze. We send the result of the analysis to your phone via SMS. These recognition events contain information like the artist and song name of the music you were listening to or advertiser and product information for the ad you heard.
2 - Q - I received an SMS message, what am I supposed to do?
A - You will receive two text messages the first time you use #SKY (#759), one with a link in it that brings you to your recognition event, the other with your PIN for additional personalization options and to access your account on the Internet.
3 - Q - I am not able to click through the links in my SMS messages, what am I supposed to do?
A - Reply to one of the #SKY recognition events with "SMS" in the message, and #SKY will send you your events as SMS text messages instead. Alternatively, you can also open your mobile browser and bookmark http://my.poundsky.com/, which will always return you to your most recent recognition event. Remember, you can always change your messaging options from your preferences page when you upgrade your phone.
4 - Q - Where is my PIN or password?
A - The first time you used #SKY you received two messages, one with your PIN one with your first recognition event. Go to #SKY Login to retrieve your PIN and change your preferences.
5 - Q - I lost or deleted a recognition event, what do I do?
A - You can look at your recognition history on the Internet from your Phone or PC. Go to #SKY Login and sign in. You can do everything you could have done with the original recognition event.
6 - Q - Can I send the recognition events somewhere other than my phone?
A - You can see your history by signing into #SKY at #SKY Login. If you go to the Preference page, you can send the events to your phone, or to your phone and an e-mail address.
7 - Q - How do I Send to a Friend?
A - You can share your #SKY IDs with your friends by clicking on the "Send to Friend" link from the details page of your recognition event. This will send that recognition event to your friend's phone. Visit the Preference page for more personalization options.
8 - Q - Where do I find my bookmarks for iTunes, Amazon, etc.?
A - You can bookmark songs you like back to your profile to use from your PC. You can find your bookmarks by clicking on the Bookmarks tab above.
