- #SKY by SkyClix Inc., is easy broadcast recognition. Dial #SKY (#759) from your mobile phone, then when you hear the chime, point your phone towards the audio source you are identifying. Hold your phone 1 to 6 inches from the speaker. After 10 or 15 seconds, #SKY will hang up for you. In about a minute you will receive an SMS text message with a link to your information. Just click through the link.
- Ringtones are a one time charge of $2.99 billed to your mobile phone bill. If you are a prepaid subscriber, this will be subtracted from your prepaid balance. If you have an issue with a Ringtone purchase, visit the Details page of your recognition event and restart the ringtone purchase process.
To Opt Out from #SKY:
Send "Stop" in reply to one of your #SKY SMS messages, this will stop #SKY from sending you text messages. To use #SKY again, please dial #SKY (#759) or 1-87-PoundSKY (1-877-686-3759) from your handset.
To Get Help from #SKY:
Send "Help" in reply to one of your #SKY SMS messages, #SKY will then send you a text message with helpful instructions and tips on using #SKY.
